3 Natural Foods That Makes Your Skin Glow

Apple 
An apple a day is the doc’s prescription, but who knew it could put an end to some of your skin issues like oily skin and acne? Don’t say I don’t do anything for you now! Thanks to the nutrients and vitamins loaded in this fruit, it’s effective as a natural skincare solution. 

Add diced apples in a bowl with a tsp of curd, pour a teaspoon of lemon juice and mix all three into a paste. Apply to your face and let it sit for 10-15 minutes then rinse off with warm water.

Avocado
It is choke-full of antioxidants and omega 6 fatty acids, just what your skin needs for extra glow and moisture. Extract the flesh from the inside of half of a ripe avocado and mash in a bowl until it forms a paste, add some drops of lemon juice and apply the mixture on your skin. Rinse off after 15 minutes.

Oatmeal
Work your morning bowl of oats into a natural skin remedy for skin exfoliation, and glow stimulator. Mix processed oatmeal with warm milk and honey drops into a paste and apply on the face. Massage and rub the paste on your face in circular motions for 5-10 minutes then rinse off with cold water.
